We build the scheme in 3D before it's built for real. On the Carlisle Southern Link Road we modelled and sequenced eight new bridges — clashes resolved in design, not on site. The construction sequencing let the temporary-works team solve problems — foundation pours and scaffolding sequencing — before a single contractor arrived on site.
Survey-grade aerial capture by a CAA dual-certified pilot (A2 CofC & GVC) — terrain models, volumetrics, fly-overs and site plans, processed in the latest UAV processing software. And with Site Progress, every monthly drone capture lands in one browser link — a date slider, side-by-side comparison and milestone pins — so clients can see exactly how the job has moved on.
Day-to-day site engineering — setting-out, drainage, reinforced-concrete foundations, haul roads. We work alongside the design team to catch and fix problems early, and produce thorough as-built records throughout.
Non-destructive testing and cover meter surveys, delivered as clear heat-map reports — using workflows we built alongside industry leaders. We work with tier-1 contractors surveying bridge abutments, bridge decks and most highways infrastructure — and our clearly laid-out reports are easy to read and understand.
